yes, you can change the theme using StyleXP and one of the very many OS X themes available for it.

As for the dock, though it was discontinued at the request of Apple, Y'zDock (or something similar to that name) is used and much more feature rich than the OS X dock.

Here is my xp to mac conversion. Almost as good as the real thing.

Personally I think if you think the Mac is so cool you ought to just buy one, but all you guys who like playing dress up might enjoy this.

I second that "just boy one" feeling. I still don't own a mac, but I have managed to save enough for an entry level G5. Just waitin' for the line to be refreshed, so I can get an even more awesome machine. Those screenshots look so much like OSX, it's not even funny.
