After clicking "Start Game" you see a short clip or Meredith Viera(Host) saying "Lets Play Millionare." She has this incredibly disgusting large vein in her neck that moves when she talks. I can't stand to look at it, I must shut my eyes when that clip starts. Look for yourself:

That's actually called a tendon there buddy. :)
