Has anyone seen this file before?? (as attached)

It came up by itself & it wont go when i emptied the trash...the only workaround is by dragging it to desktop... then it will come back in trash whenever i delete any other file...so far doesn't gives me big problem but it just annoying to me....

It has to do with your Windows partition and corrupt files. Boot into windows, empty the trash there, run chkdsk (either from command line or by right-clicking the drive and using the tools to check & repair the disk).
