I just want to know how to put a custom image on the front of a file folder icon. That's all. I've seen people who've done it. Please?

Iconic is nice software, but I prefer photoshopping my icons (dont trust it not to mess up some of the nice high-res JPEGs I stupidly place on folders as icons😉 . Iconic is definitely useful and does work in my experience.
