Anyone using Adblock currently? I was having problems today with Safari, it would open, sit there then just close. No other apps were having problems. I tried turning Adblock off. Didn't help. Finally was searching around and found this thread: http://forum.theiphoneblog.com/iphone-help/169593-safari-doesnt-work-anymore.html
I uninstalled Adblock completely. Bingo. Safari works now. I paid for Adblock so this is kind of annoying.

Yeah, me too. The telling issue here is that the Cocoamug (makers of Adblock) website can't be reached. My guess is:
1) Their website crashed from the load of all the Adblocks from all over the world querying the blocking database.
2) The Adblock software simply fails when it can't contact the database.
Both would be examples of poor planning and design. They better fix it fast if they don't want their name to be mud from here on in.

Website is now active, and Adblock doesn't kill safari anymore.
I still hope they release an update that's a little more robust
with respect to web site availability.
