Spiderman, Final Fantasy and good comic wallpapers

i was just wondering if anyone knows of any good sites that have cool Spiderman or Final Fantasy wallpapers. i think i've got most of the 'official' FF wallpapers, but i would love to know if there are any others out there.

there is a heap of good wallpapers at deviantart.com (http://www.deviantart.com) but it's really hard to find all the Spiderman wallpapers. anyone know of other good sites?

The thread I started a while back 'Macs and babealicious wallpapers!' (http://www.macrumors.com/forums/showthread.php3?s=&threadid=6380), seems to have pretty much come to a close now, so it's good to see another one.
The pic of Aki from Final Fantasy in my thread was great, looking forward to seeing some more in this thread.

i'll probably have them all up by this time tomorrow. i've just got to Photoshop them down to a size i can post first. promise they'll be up by by this exact time tomorrow, maybe sooner, seeing that i'm on holidays now!!:D

i was looking in the movies wallpaper section of deviantART (http://www.deviantart.com) when i found this Aki wallpaper. apparently the guy who made it put the black strips in it, so there should be a pic out there without those ugly black stripes. i'm trying to track down the original picture now.....:D

i just couldn't go to bed without posting this!!:)

and something else, i really want to know how you can post decent pics without going over the 102KB limit. for this one i just changed the size and saved for web. does anyone have any other tips?

Do you mean the origional, as in without the big black boxes spanning certain parts? hehehe :D

Firs off Devienat art is a great site, hate the pop up though and its slow even on a cable modem! but still great!

I know, that's why I only put a link, so that the image wasn't falsed upon people when they opened the page :p

Anybody know where to get good wallpapers for this oddball TiPB (1152x768). I do not have Photoshop, just iPhoto and Appleworks.

Take a look at http://www.macdesktops.com , I think they have some in that res.

also have a look at mandolux.com (http://www.mandolux.com) . that guy has some really good pictures and in heaps of different resolutions.

i just remembered another reason why mandolux is so good! if you have dual monitors or a massive resolution like 1920x1200 you'll love the wallpapers in the Giants/Dual monitor section. just go to navigation> Giants/Dual monitor. check it out!!:D

if you really want to, couldn't you get some shareware program to resize the wallpaper? there should be heaps of those sort of things on the Apple website just waitning to be downloaded!
