View Full Version : QuickPwn - White Screen of Death

I know a lot of you have probably heard all the complaining about the white screen of death, but I don't know why I am getting it. Everything runs so smoothly in QuickPwn and i get into DFU mode easily because everything starts to download however the white screen of death pops up. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thank you in advance.

Edit - I am using a USB hub but its one of those cheap ones, but I dont think that would be the problem seeing as i am getting into DFU mode.

It's a USB hub that i just plug into my USB port on my macbook and then it has 4 additional USB ports on it, so it takes 1 USB port and turns it into 4 more.

I think other people have had problems with those. I'm pretty sure they need to be powered by mains for it to work, not 100% sure though :o

Also make sure not to have a bunch of stuff (apps & media) on it when you use quickpwn. If you can, restore it right before you use QP and then sync after the JB is complete.
