I found this ram at a really good price and was wondering if its compatible with a 1.33 ghz 14inch ibook G4. This 256mb is killing me lol.

You need a PC-100/133 144-pin SODIMM.

As in: really old crap.

I believe you only have one open RAM slot, too.

You need PC2700 1gb DDR for you iBook G4.

You can find it here (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010260381%201309221120%201309121113&name=1GB).

Tallest Skil is right that there is only one slot available. Directions can be found here (http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Repair/iBook-G4-14-Inch-933-MHz-1-33-GHz-RAM/178/1) to install the memory. Max you can install is a 1gb sodimm so that brings your iBook to a maximum of 1.25gb of memroy.

The 1.33ghz uses PC2700 DDR Ram, the older iBooks ran on the PC133 stuff
