permissions problem

i get this permission error everytime i verify and repair them. it started when i upgraded to 10.3.3. i am running a dual g4 1.42 with 1.75 gb of ram. here it is. thanks
We are using special permissions for the file or directory ./System/Library/Filesystems/cd9660.fs/cd9660.util. New permissions are 33261

i noticed that too..as long as its harmless..and i dint notice any harm yet, i dont give a ****...

I got that problem as well. Back when i was running 10.2 i had a permission that would always be messed up when I ran Disk Utility, didn't ever cause problems so I wouldn't worry about it.
