if this is a repeated post please inform me. I need help creating vcd disks and do not know how to start. I have a player but that is all. I am also running os x.3 if it makes a difference.

VCD Builder (http://homepage.mac.com/johan/) is a great program, but you have to use .mpg files for the movie. To convert .avi, etc.
ffmpegX (http://homepage.mac.com/major4/) is the program to use.
For example if you have an .avi file, convert that to an .mpg and then use that to drag into VCD Builder. With this program you can even make svcd's with menus and stuff like that

Yeah but vcd builder doesn't actually burn the disc. It needs toast or missing media burner. Missing media burner is free, but it doesn't support all burners. Mine isn't supported. What do I do??
