Custom Wallpaper/Browsing Iphone Contents

I have an image I would like to be my wallpaper for the springboard and user lock background. I've searched for this but in all the replies people are told how to browse through the Iphone and I don't know how to do that 😕 can any1 tell me how to browse through the contents and what file I replace to change the wallpaper?

any1? I really wanna get this wallpaper i made on my springboard/user lock area

There is no wallpaper file, you can not just simply place one there. You're going to have to use WinterBoard to set a SpringBoard background.

I have winterboard.. How do I set it to the wallpaper I created?

Check user background in winterboard and move it to the top of the list.

what does moving the position in the list do?

Prioritizes your the user background to become the "Top Dog!" 😛
