Yes that's Aperture. OP, you might be able to buy something similar from iStock... I don't think you'll be able to get your hands on that particular photo.

These galleries come with Aperture 2 demo content, so if you don't have access to Apple Sales system (Apple partners/employees only), it won't be that easy to get to it, sorry...

Maybe its on the apple store computers in apple stores? If so then you could just email the image to yourself and distribute it to the rest of us too :D
