new macbook owner here.. love it!

what is a battery cycle?

if i charge up the macbook all the way, unplug it, use 15% of the battery life and plug it back in.

would this be considered a battery cycle? or do i have to reach a certain/different percentage level?

i hope i've been searching in the right area. i'm finding things on calibrating your battery, but nothing that really tells me what apple considers a battery cycle.

coconut battery users:
why does coconut say that my macbook is 123 months old? a flaw in the software, maybe?

A battery cycle is a complete discharge and recharge. If you took your battery to 50%, charged it up and took it to 50% again, that is 1 cycle. I am pretty sure on this.

Not sure on the coconut battery issue.
