I created a new graphic, keep in mind im not keeping it as an opening page graphic like it is now. www.kurtdenison.com I am moving into a brand new site design, and it is going to be a part of it. Let me know if you like it at all? I was very happy with it. Thanks!

Very nice, also after taking a look at your site i noticed you vacationed in Clearwater. How much did you enjoy it. I go to school in Miami, but my GF grandmother lives in St. Petersburg, and we go to Clearwater beach and many other beaches up there like once a month. The beaches there are a whole lot nicer than the ones down here in Miami.

I like the graphic. I'm interested in seeing what your new design looks like.
Now, I don't want this to come off as mean, but I apologize if it does. Dude, I think you redesign your site more than anyone I've ever met in my life! It seems like your always posting a new design for your site. It's great that you've come up with something more creative and better, but you might want to pick a design and stick with it for an extended period of time. There's nothing worse than getting used to a site layout only to comeback the next day and find it has completely changed. Website design change is good, but (personally), I think more than 1 design change per 1.5 years is too much.
Keep up the good work! Be sure to post and let us know when your new site design is up!

I love Clearwater, this was my second time, My aunt and uncle actually live there. I agree that i re-do the site a lot, and actually im holding off for a summer release, so it will be a couple of months still. I learn a lot everytime i re-do it, and its a hobby of mine, so thats basically why it changes so often. thanks!

Clean and nicely executed, but it reminds me of a blue version of a certain computer....:D
Is that what you were going for?

thats nice. try a little tone on the white plane...some soft shadows...almost like an over all 4 to 5% shadow that falls across the surface, going from a lower corner to its adjacent. or an "S" curve. it will add a nice touch. more tactile.
also, the highlight along the bottom of the INNER ring seems soft to the right but in the middle it seems hard. if your playing with focus or depth of field, maybe make it a bit more obvious. if it was a mistake, you may as well fix it.
good work
i just notice that you have a shadow at the top where the base meets the white plane....but the top of the ring is in full light. so technically you wouldnt have such a feathered shadow at the top of the rings base. light something with a lamp or flashlight and see what i mean. watch how the shadow falls.
