Someone in my office with a Quicksilver 2002 G4 has PC-100 RAM installed (according to the system profiler). Does this mean the system bus speed has been dropped to 100mhz like the memory bus? The system should be running at 133.

I know that this happens with PC's, as I did it in an old athlon machine I built.

Thanks in advance!

there is an issue 133mhz bus speed Macs with pc-133 ram showing up as pc-100. for exmaple, i have 3 dimms from crucial (all pc-133), that show up as pc100 in panther's profiler (dp 533 g4 digital audio 10.3.3), even though they show up as pc133 in jaguar. the same ram dimms in a 1ghz emac (10.3.3) show up as 133. strange but true...
