Accelerating Folding/SETI

Does using this app http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/21545 which allocates cpu cycles to foreground app give me better performance in SETI/FOLDING?

If you noticed the comments on VersionTracker, it didn't look like the sort of thing you'd want to have on your machine at all. :eek:

If you have the console version of folding@home, there is an option to change its priority. You can also change the priority using a shell in Terminal.
