is there any reason why my remaining capacity is it 0? sorry i am being short but i have an exam in about an hour and am studying but my comp keeps unexpectedly shutting down on me even when it is plugged in. right now the battery indicator will say it is charged and then start counting down from an hour to 0 (charged), and once it reaches this it goes back up. I have no clue what is going on and if you could be of assistance so i can take the correct steps it would be AMAZING!!!!! thank you for your advice ahead of time

Looks like it's time to invest in a new battery 😉
Sorry, I know that's not a helpful answer right now.
It's obviously had a long life, and I'm assuming you discharged it regularly based on that cycle count.
I'm not sure you'd be able to convince Apple you're eligible for a replacement, but you know what they say: asking never hurts.

ya and half the time it was because the stupid thing would die on me in less than 8 minutes when it wasnt plugged in!!! god forbid i would be doing something important when my battery suddenly dies on me.

do you think it is the actual battery? or maybe a problem where the battery charger connects? because it seems like if i press the charger, or wiggle it, it connects back on.

Your full charge capacity is 323mAh, which is hardly anything, its the battery, you need a new one.

Tell us the exact model of Macbook Pro you have and i'll show you which one to get.
