Does anyone know where the airplane mode icon is located on your iPhone? I'd love to change it so when I'm using it, it will just say iPod.
 
oops didn't read the post right, you want to change the icon eh... that I don't know!
 
Try look in /System/Library/CoreServices/Springboard.app/

It should be called something like FSO_Airplane.png or Default_Airplane.png
