Ok, here's the deal. My given job is to extract and/or locate deleted emails from this one user. This user, prior to leaving company A deleted a bunch of emails. His machine is available for me to dig thru and thankfully it has been shut off a week after his departure. Email for company A is hosted thru a 3rd party. I checked their backup jobs and there is nothing there that goes back far enough.
So....the big question is, how do I retrieve these deleted emails from his iMac? How long of a retention does Entourage have? Will Data Rescue II help? Does Entourage so how keep a shadow or ghost copy of emails or anything?
