ok before i get burned here is my search ID 14818374.

ok no that is out of the way, i have a macbook (the gen right before the current ones) and i have my airport extreme. i have it set up and running internet. I plugged in my WD 320gb hard drive and it shows up just fine on Airport utility. I changed access to read/write, and to the airport's password. now that i have all that set up.....how the heck do i get an icon or something to actually access my darn HD??

no one has an answer to this? i would really like to use my HD plugged up to my extreme.

thanks but that didn't help at all. Like I said I have it mounted, I just can't get it to show up for access. It shows up in airport utility but not on the menu bar or desktop. I also can't find it in finder so that I can access the iTunes content on it.
