I am trying to send and receive faxes from my internal modem on my macbook pro. I think the port I am plugging the phone line into is an ethernet port. Does this double up as a modem port or is there no port for me to plug in to?

I have tried everything else and think this is the problem.

If I cannot plug my phone line into the port how can I send and receive faxes on my computer?

uuummmm.........there is NO internal 56k modem on macbooks.....only ethernet. And NO it does not "double up" as a modem port 😱

Use the links posted above to do faxes online nottaproblemo 😛
