Database Creation Needed - Will Pay $$$

My brother is a reptile breeder and needs a flexible database to catalog his inventory. I don't know FileMaker Pro or how to code a simple app from scratch, so perhaps someone here is up to the task? Basically, he just needs to have a custom card of attributes (breed, age, etc) that can be easily sorted and updated. Nothing too serious, so long as it works. Doesn't have to be pretty, either. Only about 20 lines of info needs to be entered on a card.
