i have someone offering me:

Apple Powerbook G4 867mhz, 15", 256mb, 40gb, CD-RW, DVD rom

Its approx 1 year old, is this a TITANIUM he's offering me?

he has installed jaguar on it, but he says that OS9 can still be run on it, i would like evidence that this machine is dual-boot, beofre i part with my ££

can anyone help me answer my question >>>???????? please

Yes.

All Titanium PBs can boot into OS 9. (assuming, of course, that it's installed on the hard drive... ;) )

the 867 was top of the line right before the 1ghz with superdrive was released november before last... to my recollection...

ah ok ,cool

ive decided to drive 100 miles to go and see it, just to make sure it boots into os9 aswell, that way ill be 100% sure
