Anyone has MB Pro 17" with 7200 rpm 320 GB drive?

Would you mind checking exactly what model 7200 rpm hard drive these guys ship with? Also, I read some complaints about vibrations from other 7200 rpm drives in 15" MB Pros. Do you notice any?

I have a 17" with 7,200RPM from Apple. BTO Option.

It arrived with a Hitachi drive, Model Number: Hitachi HTS723232L9SA62

I have not noticed any noise from it at all. No vibrations, no clicking no spinning up nothing.

I have: ST9320421ASG

No vibrations or heat. However, I think this drive a little hard on the power draw.

So they random give you a Seagate or a Hitachi? They just treat them as the same "component" they get from different vendors?

looks like. Just like dell or sony or every other PC manufacturer.

I just bought one with the 5400 in it and will swap it out for a seagate 7200 that I already have.
