I was wondering what the best way for me access the hard drive on my time capsule?

I have a PowerBook G4 that i leave at home and travel with my MacBook.

Is there a way for me to access my time capsule HD through my PowerbooK remotely ...from my MacBook while on the road?

Can i do this using "Back to my MAC" or Is there a while to dial in IP address's directly?

or is there an application that will help this ?

You can do it via "Back to Mac," but there's a problem with it is firewalls. I have even seen this on some open networks. It'll say you can connect, but you won't be able to due to NAT issues.

The best thing I've found is to remote in. And to make sure you're compatible to the machine (I'm assuming that you are not using the same OS for both). It's best to get Vine Server. This allows VNC from a Leopard machine to a Tiger machine, etc.

Worth checking out.

I usually do a PC (using RealVNC) to my iMac and MBP at home (both running Vine Server) and it runs pretty well.
