Monster Output Cable

Hey folks,

I have a very nice video output cable, from Monster, that allows me to show my mac on a tv - great for watching movies without any messing around. Thing is, it was for the 'old' macbook and I now have a new one. Anyone know of a converter that would connect the 'old' cable to the new macbook?

Could you possibly be more specific because I can't really think of what cable you are talking about.

if you have a NEW macbook. it comes with a mini display port.

THIS might be the right adapter,

if you have an 'older macbook' it MIGHT have a VGA output (standard monitor style if that rings a bell)

you could then connect your monster adapter to this and be all happy go lucky


however these are just assumptions, and frankly, wild guesses

You are right, my initial description was laughably crap. But you also appear to be a mindreader, as that is what I am looking for...
