What exactly are you wanting to "clean up"

There are programs like "AppCleaner" for uninstalling apps and "Onyx" that runs maintenance scripts... you shouldn't really need a defragmenter, but there are a few available for that too

thanks for your reply. Is there anything that does all those things? An app remover and maintenence, not so much defrager!

Unless you have a specific reason to use a "maintenance" utility, you don't need one. Mac OS X doesn't require much in the way of "care and feeding."

As for app removal: if it didn't ship with an uninstaller then chances are you can just remove it manually.
