I don't know if this is in the right forum or not, but since I'm using Windows on a PC, I don't think this goes in the "Windows on the Mac" category.

I have a problem in which whenever I click a link or direct my browser to a website, that browser automatically takes up 100% of my CPU power. This happens in Safari 3, 4, Internet Explorer (Only goes up to 80%), and Firefox. Any webpage, any browser.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

P.S. I'm on XP SP3.

No, I already checked that because I've had that happen to me before on other computers. It's always the browser I'm using at the time.
