I travel some and have Windows XP on my work computer while my wife has MBP running Leopard. I am thinking of buying a MB alum.

Do we have to have two separate Mobile Me accounts (or a family pack) to use the Back to Mac feature for me to control her computer?

What is your experience with this feature? I would like to help fix her problems when she has them and to be able to access some files (like budget software) while I am on the road.

Are there other programs that work for this purpose?

Thanks.

BTMM works perfectly for me but I have heard many complaints from others...

I have 3 Macs and use it constantly on local network and across the internet. I also use leopard screen sharing to log into work and family Mac's.

I really like and use BTMM.
