A double-whammy of nerd nostalgia. I love that they kept the entire modem handshake.

Just think... a whole generation will be growing up never having heard the dance of modem negotiation.

I just bought one of those.....really, but its not green.:p
As much as i try and cant get windows 95 on it though...i wish he would share the secret with us.

except he got it wrong, that is a green slot-loading model and it's not a 1998 model. There were only Bondi iMacs in 1998 because they came out in August. That isn't a 266 or a 333MHz either, it's likely a green 350MHz model, slot-loading, which came out October 1999

i'm not him, but it's an easy enough thing using VirtualPC. version 4 works well with that generation of iMac. :)

Okay okay so there is that way, and it makes perfect sense and is easy and if i was at all serious i would do that...but...i wanted to do a native install...with floppies and everything...yea figure that one out...:p
if you come up with another very simple response to this....i quit...

ok, not native... but i still have my original 23 floppy disk windows 95 install set. would that work? :p
you say "floppy", i say "ouch, my elbow hurts from changing floppies', lets call the whole thing off! :eek:
