Missing video

So I bought an episode of south park, downloaded it and watched it, all good.

Later on after I synced the itouch again to add more music and apps and went to view the video again and when I go to watch the video, its no longer there.
I can see on my itunes that it is still there on my laptop but each time I sync it and press Videos on the itouch it says I have none?

Is there a way to fix this because even if I get it working again I don't want to have to keep going over the same problem with other Videos.

Ok sorry figured it out, sorry, just new to using it.
Found that it was only syncing ones that I'v not already watched.
