Why does itunes delete all my music when syncing movies on my touch?

When attempting to sync movies from itunes on my touch I receive this message: "Are you sure you want to sync movies? All existing songs movies and TV shows on the ipod will be removed and replaced with movies from your itunes library."

I realized I could just manually choose (click and drag) movies from itunes to my touch, but I don't know how to get them off again.

BTW it also deletes my movies if I sync my music.

Help Please?

Your movies must be from another itunes library. ipods can only be synced to one library at a time
