authorisation problemi

hi,

i have successfully authorised itunes on a 4th computer but every video i try i get a message that says the laptop is not authorised to play the video. when i enter my password again i am told that the machine is already authorised but it still won't play. it just keeps happening again every time i try to play. 4th machine is windows based [yuck].

I am having a similar problem with one particular song, also on Windows. Everything else plays fine though.

Only slightly annoying, but it's a really great song! lol. I might e-mail customer service.

De-authorize all your computers and reauthorize them. Should do the trick.
