Setting one picture as incoming call picture.

Hey guys,

I wanted to use just one picture as my incoming call wallpaper. How would I go about doing this? I already jailbroke my iPhone. Is there any other way doing this besides setting it as each contact's picture?

There is no way to do this without jailbreaking. I know you are jailbroken but I am unsure whether you can do this with a Cydia or Installer tweak.
