I have a scanner that scans in my documents and stores them in a directory as a PDF and this works fine. Now a couple times I day I want to open these documents with Finereader so they can be OCR'd and then moved to an online storage location. The issue I'm having is how to process the OCR files, the program can only process one document at a time and it doesn't auto close when it's done so I don't know when to start converting the next one. Finereader does accept multiple documents if I drag them but I'm unable to pass in multiple documents by the Terminal. How can I write an Applescript to either monitor when Finereader is done processing a file or "drag" all the files to the Fineread app so they all get processed?
