I am about to replace my old linksys router with the latest AEBS. I have two laptops in the household which can take advantage of "N" speeds, but there a couple of other devices which still need the old "G" mode. What is the best way to get these other devices connected? I really don't want to run it in compatibility mode as the slows down the N speeds. Can I still use my old router or will I need to pick up some new wireless adapters?

FWIW, my current connection goes from dsl modem --> linksys --> computers.

You will be able to hook the new AEBS up in bridge mode. When you run the airport utility setup, use the wizard and select the function to add AEBS to your current network and it should configure everything correctly.

Would going with modem->router->AEBS cause the speeds to slow down? The two main things I am basically trying to accomplish is getting the most out of the "N" speeds with the laptops that can take advantage of it, but still have everything else connected.
