newbie printing question w/ safari

Im new to the mac world, so srry for these easy questions, but, 2 things, whenever I try to print from safari, it only prints what I can actually see of the webpage, not the whole thing, so it cuts it off, aka, only prints 1 pg, another thing is i wanna print in only b/w, and only economy mode, do i have to change this setting every time I wanna print, or can i do it some other way, i have an epson c84, and i've looked in the print utility

What web sites are you printing from? Is is cutting off from everything you try to print? If you wanto save your settings, then when you choose print, there is a pop-up menu that says "Presets" and is set to defualt. When you choose to use b/w, click defualt and either save it or make a new preset. It will stay at the last preset you last chose.

P.S Do you have the newest version of safari? The older ones didn't have printing implemented very well.
