Yesssss, I had to do extensive modification to my iMac to get that....I had to completely erase my HDD, Reinstall Leopard, Reboot and Login.

It took 3 hours to do it all, since my HDD is 2TB, but whatever....:D

Here's mine for March!

Since it's my birthday this month I thought I'd go for more of a calendar themed image. I stumbled across this thread from Smashing Magazine (http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2009/02/27/desktop-wallpaper-calendar-march-2009/) with loads of March themed wallpapers and found the one I'm using.

There were a few others that tempted me too....perhaps it's worth a look!

Hey all,

Here's my desktop. The windows onscreen are for a programming project I was working on for a class. Thankfully, I got it all turned in on time :)

Anyways, the one with the "laser" thing is my left monitor (15" MacBook Pro) and the one with the dolphin on it is my right monitor (24").

Yes, it's Meteorologist, it's a GREAT app... Unfortunately, I think they've stopped developing and offering updates for it.. But it's still the best weather app I've been able to find to date..

Don't worry, some people on here seem to be anal when someone asks a question simply because it's been asked before. Of course, they, at some point in time, had to ask a question, too...you'd think they'd be more understanding and patient but, of course, some aren't. Don't worry, your question was legit - we often ask what comes to mind when it comes to mind, whether it's been asked by someone else before or not. That's the point of these, and any, forums - share info and ask questions. Maybe everyone, someday, will realize that.

Photograph is one I took from the Rainbow Rooms from my recent visit. The Empire State Building was red, white and green not because of any Italian connection but because it was the first days of Radio City's Christmas concert.

Just thought I'd fill in the answer here: The trash on the desktop is a function of DragThing. I personally don't care for it, but if you like to hearken back to the olden days of OS 9, then it works.
