Whenever I try to select a source in Cydia, it freezes my iPhone, and I have to restart is by holding the On/Off button and the Home button. What is causing this problem, and how can I fix it?

Try to reinstall Cydia via Cydia. Search for it under packages and reinstall.

I assume you've tried rebooting the device?

If reinstalling cydia thorugh itself, just quickpwn it again.
