iPod touch Creating video from YouTube!

I downloaded a whole episode of Jack Dee live at the apollo, ( not seen it for sale anywhere) but it was in parts.

Now I have 4 files which I want to stick on my iPod Touch, but as one file. Are there any programmes that will make this possible to do, and playback on Touch?

Any ideas are welcome!!

VisualHub if you have it, or can find it. I'm sure it can be found through any torrent tracker.
