Help with new jailbroken 2g

I recently jailbroke my 2g itouch and how do i get my app store apps, itunes music and video back on to it, itunes just says that i need to restore before it can communicate with it.:confused:

sounds like you might have botched your jailbreak up.... best suggestion would be to restore and try jailbreaking it again

I'm pretty sure that if you jailbreak, you can't get your music and stuff from a backup.

When I jailbroke mine, i backed it up to my PC using a third party program, then i just loaded thme back on.

Whaaaat? So if someone jailbreaks they cant get their ipod synced back up with their iTunes and get all their music/apps/videos back? :eek:

yes you can, don't listen to the above post I have jailbroken my 1st gen and always had an option to sync and recover from backup
