Would any of you please help me solve this printer-issue?:
I got a new LexMark printer for my Mac, which is not remembering the settings I made for it after my computer is restarted. My friend and I were on the phone with tech support for 3 hours, but the only solution they gave to us was to pay for Applecare & ask them to solve the problem.
What would you do to solve this problem. Is that a "user's-permissions" problem?
