iPod won't sync

Well, not long ago I screwed up my Mac, and posted here, but I fixed it. Then my iPod wouldn't sync, but would sync to my mums iMac. So I re-downloaded iTunes and it now says this. Anyone know how to fix it? Would deleting iTunes and reinstalling it fix it?

I would give Apple tech a call. I have had similar problems like that with GarageBand and iPhoto.

But since it wasn't with iTunes exactly I am not going to suggest what they told me to do because iTunes is a totally different APP.
