Is this normal to Jail Breaking???

So i jailbroke my phone a couple of weeks ago, followed tutorials on this site and others. So after it was done building the ipsw, or whatever it needs to and goes to transfer it to your phone it just hung there for about 10-15min. So i tried to cancel but it wouldn't, so finally i just unplugged the phone and plugged it back in. Success, it loaded and everything was fine. I have an older mac mini w/ 10.5.6 i didn't use a hub. I just want to know if anyone else has experienced that type of issue.

As long as your phone is jailbroken who cares? I had trouble jailbreaking my phone with 10.5.6 but as long as you install the apple usb kext patch it should be fine.
