Tmobile service support 3G Internet on 3G Iphone??

Since Tmobile has 3g speeds with the google phone, I was wondering if an unlocked iphone with a Tmobile sim card would allow the 3g speeds for internet?

Also, have you had any major drawbacks using an unlocked phone on tmobile?

No MAJOR draw backs but it does suck waiting for each new firmware update to be cracked.

Also i have heard that only edge works with non-att iphones but i cant say for sure.

Yup, they use a different frequency for 3G than ATT does, so you're out of luck. EDGE only, unfortunately.
