about Ron Wayne, the third founder (more invester), who owned 10% of apple got nervous about their business and wanted ou. He then got his share bought back for $800. After apple got more investers and became apple computers inc, wayne got a portion of ~$5000 to prevent any future legal issues.

Had wayne stayed, he would of got over 1.5 mil shares of apple pre-ipo (i think 1.6 mil). So message to ron, you got know when to hold'em.

Wayne also said that he never regretted his decision to leave Apple and that he is not going to sue them. Never.
