FS: 10GB iPod + Marware Case + Extras Still Under Warranty

I recently bought my wife a gift: a refurbished 3G 20GB iPod (she's about to finish grad school)....so now I need to sell her previous iPod. Here are the specs:
-10GB 2G iPod (formatted for Mac....came this way)
-Original items(Box, Disc, Manual, Remote, Earphones {never used}, Wall adapter {never used}, Firewire Cord, Grey Case, Firewire to USB Adapter)
-This does not include the original case that Apple sends you.
-Blue Marware Sportsuit Convertible Case (neoprene) with Armband & SpringClip in the original packaging (cost $40):

These items are all in great condition! The iPod, Marware Case, Remote, and FireWire Cord show signs of use (it is near impossible to keep the iPod looking brand new....unless of course it is and you never use it). The purchase date for this iPod was 5/27/03....so it is still under it's 1 year warranty....which means you can still purchase the extra 1 year AppleCare warranty for it. I would like to get $250 (that includes the cost for shipping) for it but may take the best reasonable offer....if not I'll probably list it on ebay fairly soon.
