They prefer digital over CDs? Whaaat? The journalist obviously confuses the analog vs. digital issue with the compressed digital vs. uncompressed digital issue. He has no idea what he's talking about.

thats just retarted..

im in the ipod generation and why on earth would i prefer mp3 compressed files above CD quality???? cant wait to hear a BD-CD :)

Given the quality of Mainstream music today, I don't think it really matters, but I'll rip you in half if you try to make me listen to Dark Side of the Moon in anything other than Apple Lossless.
