Best way to hook up Panasonic to iMac and/or MBA...

I have a 37" Panasonic Vierra TV it has HDMI ports, S Video, RCA Component in, and a PC port but no DVI.

How would I connect that to my MacBook Air to get sound and video and the best picture.
