X code 3 in tiger

I was wondering if anybody knows of any way for xcode 3 to run in tiger? I need it to make dolphin to emulate gamecube games. But if anyone has a build of dolphin already for mac os x that would be really appreciated.

Xcode 3 is Leopard only. You need Xcode 2.5 if you are running Tiger.
